Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations of Car Transfer is possible 48 hours before the scheduled travel date and time: 100% refund
- Cancellations of Car Transfer made within 48 hours of the scheduled travel date: 50% refund
- No-shows or cancellations of Car Transfer made after the scheduled travel date: No refund
- Cancellations of other services like Hotels, Tours & Activities will be according individual cancellation policy

Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment of your choice
- Refunds may be subject to a processing fee (e.g. 5% of the total amount)

Exceptions:
- Certain bookings may be non-refundable (e.g. As Per Individual Services)
- Refunds may be subject to additional fees or penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or other travel providers
