  • This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
  • This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc
  • Sandals or open-toed shoes are not allowed for this activity
  • The minimum height and maximum weight for both Medium and Advanced Level circuits are 140cm and 100kg, respectively. Instructors will monitor participants from both ground level and designated stations along the circuits throughout the activity.
