Theme Park Operating Hours:-
Wednesday to Monday: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Night Park Operating Hours:-
Wednesday to Monday: 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Park is closed on Every Tuesday except Public Holidays

  • Ticket is valid for 90 days
  • Adult : (Age 13 years old and above)
  • Child: (Age 12 years old and below)
  • Senior (Age 60 years old and above)
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Child rates apply to children above 90cm in height or age 12 years old (based on year of born) and below.
  • Child rate is not from 4 years old. But chargeable based on height - 90cm and above.
  • Free admission for children below 90cm in height.
  • Please bring your own towel
  • No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes allowed
  • No refunds will be given due to rides closure or inclement weather
  • For your safety, please do not bring any sharp and dangerous materials/objects
  • Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
  • In the event of inclement weather, for guests' safety, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities/shows
  • Kindly note that there is a RM 100 charge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases
  • The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands
  • Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit
  • All wristband tags are only allowed entry only on the date of entry
  • All transactions in the park are done via cash or E-load. E-load can be loaded at Ticketing Counter
  • Sunway Lagoon reserves the right at its own discretion to carry out renovations and / or upgrading works as and when deemed necessary
  • The management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close the park, rides, attractions due to maintenance, inclement weather, special events, any circumstances beyond control, cancel and/ or amend any activity without prior notice.
  • Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure all valuables as the park cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  • Insurance coverage is applicable with terms and conditions.
  • If the name on ticket is different from the name in Passport, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission without Refund

Take the KTM Train to Setia Jaya station, walk 5 minutes to the BRT and take to the Sunway Lagoon Station, walk down the escalator to the Surf Beach Entrance
From KL Sentral, take bus U63 or U67 and alight at Sunway Pyramid

Free shuttle bus service runs every 25 minutes
