Frequently asked questions

Pickup Time from Hotel is 09:00 AM. Guest is requested to come to lobby at least 10-15 minutes before the pickup time to avoid any delay. Guest is requested to come to Park Entrance at 07:00 PM for timely pickup for Kuala Lumpur.

Pickup location is within 10 miles radius of KLCC and Bukit Bintang. For outside location, additional charges may apply.

Child is above 90cm in height and below 12 years old.
Senior above 60 Years are eligible to enjoy Child Rates.
Child below 90cm is FOC.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the park.
Re-entry to the park is NOT ALLOWED and all park visitor’s wristband tags will be removed upon exit.
Please ensure proper swimming attire is required, however Muslim women are allowed to wear dry fit round neck t-shirt and dry fit / Lycra aerobic tights.
Please enter the Hot Springs and Spa right before you exit the park as your wristband will be removed upon exiting the Hot Springs and Spa area and you will no longer have access to the rest of the theme park
This tour is private and designed according to customers requirements.
Vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/minibus).
Guest can customize this tour as per their requirements but within the vicinity of that tourist area.
